IN fact I could kick a woman in her stomach and just destroy the cells within her. I shouldnt be charged with anything more than assault. Certainly not murder if the fetus doesnt survive. IT isnt a person. It is just a congregate of cells. Like assaulting anyone at anytime would be served with that kind of punishment. Essentially if it isnt an individual then choice doesnt even come into play. Suddenly you open doors to other kinds of laws being made concerning fetuses. If they have no rights then governments can do some amazing things. Like killing every other female fetus. It goes pretty far when the congregate of cells is meaningless.

They are individuals and it is ok that they are killed is our point. Thats more radical than it isnt killing. Cause it is the ending of a life cycle. Ending a life cycle. Lots of necessary killing exists in this world. This is one of those cases when necessary killing exists.
You get into the argument in this sense then pro lifers struggle. They believe in necessary killing as well. War. You have them at an impasse. What to do??? Well concede to legalized abortions. Denying it is killing leads to things like south dakota making abortion illegal. Which makes me wretch. All they have to do is prove it is killing and they make it illegal. It is hard to prove it isnt necessary killing. So many reasons for abortion to be legal then. We know all of them.
