Turns out I should've expected to been misguided by my new advisor, the woman who teaches, advises, etc. etc. Her plate is so full, no wonder she can't get back to me and tell me...
So they're only giving me 15 credits for this semester in Australia.
I was expecting 22.5
I should've been taking another class this entire time.
(even though they wouldn't have allowed it)
Now I still have 22 credits left at SU.
So even if I petition to overload over one quarter, I still have 2 measly little credits to get out of the way.
My fucking senior synthesis only counted for 3 credits?!
3!?
What kind of policy asks for a student to write a 25 page thesis and give them 3 credits?
Turns out I took it way to seriously and didn't even get a decent grade for it.
The only alternative to two more quarters at SU is a semester here, getting 22.5 credits if I take all the right classes.
But that's only if they let me stay.
and as I said before, she won't write me back to tell me if I can, or cannot.
I wonder really.
So excited to be done with school.
