Every so often I will look at myself and realize that I am the only one who can allow myself to
1. quit smoking
2. get into shape
3. take care of my body
4. and my mind will follow.
these things I know.
and yet whenever I begin a serious shift, I always quit.
when will it be enough?
I wonder if anyone else ever experiences this? Knows how to move past it?
What is a strong enough motivation?
