It is probable that 3 months from now I may be living in the Boogiedown Bronx!! The place is kind of far out of my way but I'm attached to the idea anyhow.
I've been cooking up a storm, making up my own recipes and such. Tonight I made a weird honey dijon chicken stir fry with fresh green beans over wheat rotini. Sounds odd, but let me tell you! I loved it. The chicken was coated with a sauce I made of honey dijon mustard, fat free unflavored yogurt, and a splash of low sodium teriyaki sauce. I am telling you it was good stuff. I have this fabulous cookbook and I'm about to cause a tastebud revolution in this little Lower East Side apartment building hahaha. OH YES!
I'm going to bed with dreams of moving to Shah Alam, Malaysia!
