I think youre safe in this section....everyone else seems to be older then lord stanley...
Yesterday was one of the best days I've had in awhile. After getting school, Kelsey and I finished my chem lab...haha oh those are the best. Vicky and I took them downstairs and I have to say that he has the worst reaction time ever! Haha it was really bad. But yeah it was still a good day...it just kept getting better. In homeroom, I talked about the sabres, danny and issues with prom...lol. It was interesting...Then we went to the junior-senior breakfast. TIP: Anytime you want to serve eggs, please don't make them as early as 10:58 the day before....they taste funny...Our table had its issues, but I love those girls way too much to care. If kelsey ever becomes a doctor, i suggest you go to her because it is funny as hell to watch her perform a "band-aid operation" on my fingers. Prom promise assembly followed...where the policeman didn't even know the information he was supposed to be giving. He repeated himself and had to keep looking at the sheet for most of the info.
Out of the building by 9:47, Rach, Liz and I waited for Rach's mom to pick us up from school. Then, her mom took us to the movie threater so that we could see spiderman III and let me tell you...that was an experience...We played DDR in the lobby after and I beat Rachel by alot. We then went to applebee's where we loved the Host...he was amazing...thats the only way to put it. Then we came back to my house and played destiny until we went to get dinner...
Then it was time to get ready for game V...we printed out some new pictures of Derek for his bday poster and such. When the game came on, we were some of the loudest ppl ever. It took forever for a puck to go in the net, and unfortunetly it was a Ranger that scored. Since there was only 3:15 left in the game and I'm a buffalo fan, i figured that it was all over. I actually cried and left the room. But when I got upstairs and saw my vanek shirt, i decided that because I love the boys, I would watch them finish it out. So, I got my Chris Drury shirt and went back down to the game. When there was a break in play, I put my shirt on and 30 seconds later, CHRIS DRRRRRRRRUUUUUUURRRRRRRRYYYYYY!!!! scored!!! I couldn't freakin' believe it. And then Rach tackled me...haha. We missed the last 7 seconds of regulation, but it didn't matter because we won in overtime thanks to MAX!!!! YAY!!!! Granted I had a stress headache...but it was ok...the Hockey god came through for me...and thats all that matters...
So then at 12:30...i can't believe I stayed awake long enough, Rae and I went to post prom and had a great time. We got home around 3:25 and went right to bed. My mom got us up around 8:45 and we ate some of Derek's bday cake from the night before for breakfast...yes we made derek a cake too and sung him happy birthday...lol. After Rach went home, I got ready for Elizabeths First Communion. I was so mad...not mad but stunned...when my uncle and I were talking about the sabres and he said he saw danny at a resturant earlier in the week. I want to meet...correction NEED to meet that man ASAP! We went to dinner at the Marriot and then got some more Sabres stuff at the mall...
I can't wait for the game tomorrow...I hope we can just win and get it over with. This town and I need this...just 9 more wins boys 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 LORD STANLEY'S CUP!!! Come on Buffalo! With Daniel Briere, Chris Drury, Thomas Vanek, Jason Pominville, Derek Roy, Ryan Miller, Maxim Afinogenov, Brian Campbell, Henrik Tallinder and Drew Stafford (If brought back up...which he should be)...how can you NOT win the Cup??? TOO MUCH TALENT NOT TO WIN THE CUP!!!!
