If anyone had told me that the last thing Frank Gorshin had done before he went to the great riddle book in the sky was to do the voices for a classic Rankin-Bass styled stop animation short that had "Young Man With A Horn" and "Glass Menagerie" era YOUNG KIRK DOUGLAS railing against "Man From Snow River" and "Tough Guys" era OLD, PRE-STROKE KIRK DOUGLAS, just in time to come to loggerheads as "Saturn 3" and "The Fury" era MIDDLE AGED SWAGGERY-COOL KIRK DOUGLAS walks in and calls them both bozos, I'd have probably fainted.
Well somebody did.
