Success! Twice even!
The loaf that I made of which I recently posted turned out very well and was pronounced most enjoyable by the family. I made a second one earlier today that we had for lunch with assorted pickles, cold meats, cheeses, etc.
Ok - I appear to be able to made a passable basic loaf. Time to venture forth into the realms of more exotic and specialty breads. Watch this space :)
