Anyway, I finally got the guitar and the amp last monday. I was so excited that I immediately tried playing it when I arrived home. Playing the electric guitar gives a totally different feeling than playing an acoustic. Aside from being thinner and heavier, there's a certain distinction with the sound coming from an electric guitar than from an acoustic.
I tried to play some songs that I used to play on our acoustic guitar. It sounded terrible. All my mistakes are noticeable because of the amp. Maybe an electric guitar requires more skill.
