What happens when a prideful, strong willed, alpha female falls in love with a man whose not afraid to be a man and who makes her totally happy? This is what happens; me. I'm what happens. I've been battling with myself because of my pride and my fear of letting go of a certain amount of control. I don't have to let go of my pride or my independent nature but I do know that I have to let him be a man and I know that even though I'm still the same person it doesn't mean that I have to wear the relationship pants anymore. It's hard because when I'm lying in his arms my pride crumbles to the ground and I'm totally vulnerable and for the first time, in a very long time, I'm fine with it. I'm comfortable with Anthony because I trust that he's not going to abuse my heart the way that most men have in the past.
