Dear UPS,
I am so tired of you returning my packages without even attempting to deliver them to my address. I know that it is my leasing office's fault that you think I don't live here any more, but I have called you several times to correct this error.
Are you going to help me tomorrow or not so much? I have tracking numbers, and I'm not afraid to use them.
