Las Palabras de Amor.

Let me hear the words of love.

Can't remember quite where I was, but oh well. I was just in bed for the last three hours, reading Valley of the Dolls and waiting for Sharon to finish work, which she did - and then didn't text me! Grr. The book is quite good, although I find it a little depressing. Plus the fact that this one makes me think of Nancy alot and reminds me how much I miss her. I wander how well she's managing not to think of me? Tonight's her leavers' ball, which I badly wanted to be at, but that wasn't going to happen. Earlier I was brushing my teeth and thinking "She's probably dancing now", and then I pictured the dress and just ached so much inside. She hasn't even texted me for 2 days. =(

Anyway, back to last night. Yeah, the concert was just amazing. Could they play! And the singer had the smallest jeans I've ever seen, haha, I couldn't take my eyes of his crotch! Well, except to oggle at Rachel's plunging neckline. =P Hmm, so we watched that, I texted Sharon the whole time (good distraction from missing Nance, like I say) and tried not to feel sad that I won't be able to see it with Nancy next Friday. Or feel bad about perhaps not even seeing her for that matter.

After the show we bought some poster, which were only £1 each - the old but attractive roadie gave me a smaller one free. =D Theeen, after I had a brief chat with the wonderful Andrew, Ryan, Rachel, Mark, Stephen and myself went to Witherspoons, which is the McDonalds of pubs I understand. Ryan convinced me to get a pint of Dark Island ale, which took me ages to get, because I didn't know how you're supposed to get the damn barmaids attention. As it turned out it was quite disgusting stuff and I only managed a sip of it - gave the rest to Stephen. Then Ryan got us all sour apple shot things, which were nice, but burny, and we were all falling about laughing at nothing at all in particular. Oh, I did mention a certain friend of mine's intention to sleep with a muscley personal trainer, and that was pretty funny. Erm, Mark is American and has a fabulous accent - I thought he was putting it on at first, like Ryan does with his voice, haha. Joanne Gemie was there, who I just remembered is the girl I told Nancy I fancied all that time ago when we first met and talked of such things. She was with her bf and his friends. Naturally she asked us about going to the senior prom and of course I was the only one who isn't. Rachel said it was shit when they had hers, that was 2 years ago. I'm thinking of phoning Ryan tomorrow and asking him to let me know when they leave the hotel tomorrow night and I'll maybe tag along.

Theeeen we left the pub and went back to the Clachrie's car. Rachel drove us home, being the sober able to drive one, and after much hilarity on the bypass - Ryan hanging his head out the window like a dog - we dropped Stephen off in Lincluden and went back to mine. I managed to convince them to drive around the back roads for a while, which was really scary and funny, but also beautiful. I pointed out the roadside cottage of Amy Bruce, a girl from the year above who I used to fancy in primary, and who mistook my Valentine's gift to her for someone else's. =( Then I got dropped off, told Ryan it was great to see him again after so long, complimented Mark's accent and professed how beautiful I think Rachel is. She looks like the White Stripes girl! Quite.

So after getting home at 1 am, I went online for awhile, talking to random peoples including Nathania. I had to run away after awhile though, because Nat wasn't in a very friendly mood and started getting all awkward about my relationship with Nance. She can be such a bitch sometimes. Anyway, I went to bed and read some more, hoped I might get a text from someone but didn't. I fell asleep at about 3 am, then had to get up at 7 for work. Geez. I made it there on time thanks to getting a lift, although I was going to get the bus. Buuuut, the immense pain in my chest, presumably alcohol related, and the wobbliness of my legs made me pretty slow most of the morning. Was okay though, nobody got on my nerves and I just sang to myself and thought about Nance and what I've lost. Then Mark came and I badgered him for not having come to Whole Lotta Led like he said he would. I reckon he was just too shy, lol. Poor Mark. =O I saw him the otehr day in Tesco and he had a raincoat on that made him look just like a big kid! He's so bloody adorable, I want to smother him with maternal love. ^_^ Haha!

So I made it through today's shift, tried to get in touch with Nance, failed, texted Sharon, then read in bed when she went to work. Poop. I've been talking to Kari on video-audio too, which is coolness, and she wasn't offended when I asked if she's Asian. =D She isn't, and she looks more Native American anyway. So now I think I'm going to scavenge for eats and go to bed to read more of that damn book and try to find someone to text. Which reminds me, I haven't heard from Kim at all for over a week now and I'm starting to worry. She's probably just busy moving now, but I want to speak to her about possibly going to visit. Amy says she'll go out when I'm there, which is awesome, although I'll just have to hope it doesn't clash with her muscleman schedule. (fun1)

My chest pain's back.
XxX
