sometimes i thank God for answered prayers....
it was a dreary-day weather wise...
i ask for your prayers for my sister-in-law who fell into a fire last weekend, and is in the hospital right now getting skin graphs (10% of her left leg got 3rd degree burns and her palm got 1st degree). she is so strong, but it was hard to hold back the tears when she told me about the pain she's been through on the phone today. i feel awful. my bro and her have been through some tough love-testing times already, only 4 years into their marriage, but at least they need to know if they can get through this, they can get through anything. their neighbor is missing still, and they have a hint that his body was found in the red cedar river near webberville, but they are still doing tests. how scary is that? my poor bro's family... keep em in your thoughts...
anyways, on a GOOD note:
-It's CARDY'S birthday!!!!!! we gave her her present at midnight last night, hopefully she enjoys it ;)
-my roomies and i went to los palominos for dinner :) i got a dos equis, it rocked my world
-i am trying to figure out plans to go visit shlee in chi-town!!! flights are cheap and i may end up going that way...
-i did a media pitch today for the morning sun, and i ended up talking to the reporter for awhile... i'm hoping for the best!!!
-i had a good convo with my mom; she always keeps my eyes on the light in the tunnel...
