I was recently taking my yearly shower and after I finished soaping up, I wondered aloud to myself, "have I shampooed?"
Usually I soap, shampoo, soap, condition, and I couldn't remember if this was the first or second time I had soaped. Needless to say, I had quite a dilema in front of me.
To pass the time, I washed my face 3 times while I contemplated the situation. I smelled clean enough, so it very well could have been my second soapage. But then again, I was not very smelly to begin with.
So after passing many minutes, I picked up my Suave See Breeze shampoo bottle and squeezed some shampoo-ish gel into my hand. After the greenish gel was in my hand, I remembered that, yes, I had already done this. So then the question, do I shampoo again, or do I just rinse the shampoo off my hand? I'm not a big fan of wasting things, but my hair is in my top 5 best features, so I didn't want to hurt it. My pondering was taking too long. The green gel began to ooze between my fingers and slide off my palm. I needed to make a decision, and fast. Quickly, I began massaging the gooey substance into my hair, reaching its optimal point of latherness, all the while praying that when the bottle says lather, rinse, repeat, that the repeat is ok and not just precautionary for those extremely dirty people.
After rinsing away the lather as instructed, I followed my hair shampooing with my Sea Breeze conditioner.
Currently, my hair is feeling a bit dry. I wonder if you shampoo twice, you must also condition twice. The bottle doesn't say repeat, but perhaps they are assuming that you only shampooed once.
Damn Suave and all other shampooing companies.
It has been a strange day.
