i had a very good day in poker room compared to the days i have been having the pasts month and a half. i doubled my tiny bankroll up to 60. while i consider this a good day this is not nearly as a good a day as i apparently am having. listen this
i went into poker rooms session browser to see when the last day that i did so well was in. while loading up the sessions something caught my eye. a session from just yesterday starting at 2:05. i played just 7 minutes and just 7 hands but i netted a profit of $264. i dig further into this and see i was playing at the table "Mike the Mad's HE" which is a $10 - $20 limit texas hold em table. there are two main hands "i" played here. this is the hand numbers and play logged into poker room's databases (i am "IllCutYou"):

notice how it says i sat in with $1,370 in chips. this A7 hand was the first hand logged in the session. and i profited quite a lot from it. I would like to address that I have NEVER played a $10 - $20 hold em game. I have never played a limit game period and i have never had more than $400 in my account at its best. I cash out often and it just so happens that at this time I was only left with just above $20 in my account to play with. very rough times which makes this all the more interesting/shocking.
lets just say for a second that i compiled all of the money in checking and savings accounts and then collected more money to finally amass $1300 and plugged everything i have nto a 10 - 20 limit game between 4 people. lets say i did that now lets look at the hands i won money on. The JJ hand isn't really out of the ordinary. i had an overpair to the board. The only thing is the guys flush didnt come which certainly happens a often. sometimes, a lot of times flushes dont come but i think this could have incited enough action to collect a very decent pot. nothing too crazy. The A7 off suit against AQ off suit hand is a little wierder though. i called a raise and reraise with A& OS which is weird enough. The fact I hit a seven and ended up beating out a premium hand could still be considered "just poker" but take this into account.
There is something called the Action flop theory in Online Poker which basically states that good players will beat bad players inevitably. Its a fact that better poker players will pick off the fish. Say its my first time playing online poker so I deposit 20 into PokerRoom.com. If i go into a no-limit game and lose in the first ten minutes then why would I deposit anymore? i would turn away to another site or away from online poker all together. Action flop states that while better playres will still win money, they will not win as much due to the "action flops" and designed hands that will help level the field. Basically scraping some money off a player doing well. Now we can take this theory and spin it to this way. What if there were Poker playing robots, poker playing programs that are designed not to break good players but have hand information, beit what everyone is holding or what the board cards will be or both, then a poker program could go in, play loose passive jackal and pick up a big amount of money in a short amount of time. Heres some math.
In "my" 7 minute session "i" sat in with $1370 in chips and left $264 in the plus. Lets say that this poker playing bot/program randomly logs into nonactive accounts, uploads a sizable amount into it and amasses a profit in a short amount of time and moves on. This bot could have at least 8 7 minute sessions an hour resulting in roughly $2112 in profit over an hour. Lets say this bot is working 24 hours a day at this rate. in one day it has made $50688 playing at these stakes. Multiply that by one year and thats 18 million its skimmed off good players. Not too much. Not enough to break the player but a sizable amount of money and this isnt taking into account how many bots are logging into names at once and then how many are making more than this or losing even. Either way it is very big business to skim on Online Poker.
This could account maybe for the silent players who play garbage and make hundreads in a very short amount of time. This also brings up the question of who could be behind these possible programs? Could it be a hacker who has applied a patch that shows him ll the information in the hand as it would be logged in the server or could it even be PokerRoom themselves! Not breaking the high rollers but getting their share of the profits in addition to the rakes on hands and tournament fees. To this date Pokerroom has dealt 1.2 billion hands. That is a lot of rake no matter how you look at it.
This isnt the first time this has happened either! i was shown as having logged into a $25 - $50 7 Card Stud game where "I" played one hand for a loss of $139. This is what is logged in pokerroom's servers for this ONE hand:

So in conclusion I assert that a poker playing bot that has information that nobody else has beit through a patch to the system or the nature of the code or whatever, steals the password of inactice accounts, uploads its own bankroll into it, plays for a short period, amasses a nice profit and moves on to the next profile. Also poker rooms session browser logs hands played on an account on a machine. Ex: sessions I play on my brothers computer will not be logged in my computer and vice versa. What could this mean? Could I in theory go into a computer I have never played on before and have a history of winning/losing hundreds of dollars?
Could this possibly defraud Pokerroom.com? It seems incredibly too simple to notice but there are a ton of unaccountables here! What could the possible explanation be? Any input or similar stories would be appreciated.
