He makes phone calls. The first few are filtered and the last one is to the town.]]

[[Aaron jogs over. Offering a smile and a wave, and then sitting down on the bench to relax and catch his breath.]]

"Yeah, I just took advice of a friend of mine and didn't want it to go to waste.

I made a journal. I'm going to record a few things in there, like things I learn. I want to make sure people know where to get it just incase..."

[He nods.] I've been doing the same thing. I've been here so long, I figure it's a good idea. If I have anything to offer this place, I guess it's experience at this point. Ah, if I ever... get droned, its in the top drawer of my desk in my bedroom. Not only do people get droned for good, sometimes...sometimes they get droned, and when they return, they don't remember this place at all...

[[He listens and nods. Hearing that last part, the shock hits him pretty hard.]]

"That's horrible.

Mine is in a metal lunch box, under a rock in the bushes behind my house.

It's not really all that useful yet. It's the best I have though."

It's happened to a few people I know. Sometimes they come back older or younger. It's terrible, to send people home only to bring them back, whether they remember it or not.

Any information is helpful. I wish I had started mine sooner, honestly.

"They send them home and bring them back?

You mean they might just send me back there for laughs and pull me back here again?"

Yeah. It's happened a lot of times. Margot was droned for a weekend, came back 5 years later in her time, then left again. Taiwan was sent home and brought back after 50 years. Norway left and came back centuries younger. There's others, too...

[Crowe unconsciously fiddles with the pendant around his neck as he talks.]

[[Aaron let his anger at the situation die down a bit. Listening to Crowe.]]

Does it get easier?"

Of course not, but... I suppose after awhile you expect it. I-I should really stop getting so attached to people when I know this happens. [Especially with the nations, who lead such long lives...] I-I've been here consistently for the last 10 months though. I'm fairly certain Mayfield doesn't want to give me up.
