Quick Fact.
Any of you that have been out to my house knows that I live beside this drainage ditch type thing. Kind of like a small creek. Anyway, I'm out mowing my lawn this morning and I notice four otters frolicking in the water down there. Of course, right when I notice them, they notice me and immediately flee into one of the pipes that run underground. Now this isn't the first time I've seen these things, but I've normally only seen one running around. Now there's apparently an entire family of otters living in my ditch. That kicks ass.
Other than that, I'm just relaxing until I go to UCF in the fall. I'll be going up to the condo again over the July 4 holiday then probably flying out to San Antonio again sometime.
Summer Movies That Look Mildly Interesting
Harry Potter and the Prisioner of Estaban (it sounds like it): I normally wouldn't go for this movie, but then I hear Gary eff-ing Oldman is in it. I must see it now.
The Chronicles of Riddick: Ok, I know, I know, but I'm into that classic sci-fi look that this movie has and Pitch Black wasn't all that bad in terms of overall enjoyment. By the way, I picked up the game based on this movie and it's gotten some pretty good reviews - I have to validate these reviews. This game is fun as hell.
Spiderman 2: That's a a given. Game looks pretty nice as well.
King Arthur: This movie will suck but it will be pretty to watch. And I don't just mean special effects - Keira Knightley is in it. Yowsa!
Alien VS. Predator: Everyone should see this. Yes, it'll be corny at some points, but c'mon. Too bad Batman ain't in this one. *roots for the Predator*
The Manchurian Candidate: The original kicked ass and this one's got Denzel in it. Come on.
Hero: This will kick ass and own everything, including you.
Ok, so there's my rundown. I ain't sayin' I'll be seeing all of them, but they look interesting.
