I always struggle to find reasonable food at airports. At this terminal of Boston Logan you have some decent options, including sushi, but I was happy with UFood. I stopped here and got a tasty thai type brown rice, chicken and broccoli bowl with carrot shreds and a sweet spicy sauce. I got tons of healthy steamed food for $6.50.
