Well, a few moments ago I woke up to this *BEEP BEEP BEEP* alert sound that my computer datebook (which I rarely use) was emmitting. Fearing a virus or some other equally catastrophic event, I leaped up and opened the lid on my laptop, only to see an alert: 22 JAN--MARIA'S BIRTHDAY (alert me).
So, on this fine and beautiful Sunday morning, I should like to say
