Horror at the Library

I've known for some time that Margate Library has deteriorated in quality (they now put the Psychology books in the 'Mind, Body & Spirit' section - die die die now pls), but I was still surprised to see this sign on display there:




No Mr Poster, I didn't ask for that. What I would like is for my LIBRARY to know what to do with apostrophes.
