Hmmm...
Well, as I'm sure most of you can tell, I haven't really been writing as much anymore. I've found other ways to keep myself busy lately, so I don't regret not writing as much. Some fun stuff, though...
-I've been at the YMCA a lot lately... trying to build some muscle in place of all that fat I burned off. I try to run at least 3 miles a day, but the target is 5. I got my 5 miles in today, along with 10 sets on each upper body muscle group. Tomorrow I'll focus more on legs. Either way, I've been wiped after doing my training. I did the math... I burn off about 800-900 calories in every workout I do... no wonder.
-I've set my alarm for normal school time on spring break so I can listen to Mancow. He said something really funny about Johnnie Cochrain dying: "If the heart's not beatin', the worms are a'feedin'!" It cracked me up... Cochrain was the epitome of a professional LIAR! But he's got skills... I mean, not just ANYONE could get OJ off.
-I ran into MacKenzie at the YMCA a few days ago. It was good to see her again... she seemed surprised to see me there. I was just as surprised to see her... but it was still cool. She says she's trying to lose some weight before Prom. I'm there trying to build muscle in place of the fat I lost... and so far, it's been fun.
-That night, I showed Mac a picture of the guy who got me to start lifting: Dave Batista. My brother and I turned on WWE for the first time in about 4 years a month or so ago... and seeing Batista, I was thinking "....Ho....Ly....Shit..." The guy looks like he eats puppies for breakfast and lunch and babies for dinner. I don't think I'll ever look anything like that, but either way, if I'm trying to look like that someday, I'll at least be in a lot better shape than I have been my whole life.
-Socially, I haven't done anything fun yet over break. I've either had to work or I've been at the Y. It's been boring... but I am hanging out with Megan in a couple hours, so that should be fun. I don't know what we're going to do, though... gotta think about that.
-So that's what's been going on. Could be better, but it could be worse, too. Time for me to finally have some FUN over spring break... I'm gonna head out now... Later...
