My lil Guernica
I had a really odd dream last night. I woke up like it was actually morning and looked outside the backdoor towards the lake and the pine trees and it was a really cool sunrise..kinda powdery blue with light dustings of pink..a cold fall morning. But there was something different. I looked in the sky and there were three moons!
I called to my sister Diane, because in the dream she and my mom were there..and said "diane you better wake up and see this!" The moons were kind of hazy in the sky with the sunrise and it was so so beautiful. I went to find my sister, but when i came back to the back door..suddenly it became more sinister.
There in the sky were 5 planets! Jupiter, venus, mars and 2 others im not sure which but you could see some of the detail of planets! I was beginning to think it was not going to end up good.
I called to Diane. "Diane you better wake up now because the whole solar system is in the backyard!" I ran outside and suddenly as they got closer i saw..they had writing on them!..they were floating closer and closer...and then floated by like paper balloons..I was really mad thinking it was some kinda corporate promo and it scared me half to death..There was even a giant big boys going by :P very silly!
Then i heard fighter planes in the background and some were ripping through the paper planets and i ducked as some of them came up to the porch..and again, some became paper airplanes..
I had decided i'd had enuff and went inside.
When i went back out again, my sister was on the ground on the porch and I tried to talk to her and she goes "SHH!" and i said whaaaa? and looked up into the pines and there were these two mecha! Floating and shooting laser beams on the ground searching for something..They didnt have arms but had long legs and were white and floaty just around the top of the tree line.
Like my real self i hid behind my sister and was quiet..
Till i got tired of sitting and thought fuck it..if they're going to get me i'd rather just go inside..so i crawled to the door while i heard the scary pssssszzzzzzt of the lasers behind me..
then i woke up! :p
I'm thinking of painting a painting about it and calling it Thanksgiving. As its the week of thanksgiving and maybe it was all about parades :D
...da da da daaaaaaaaa..
..Or maybe it wasnt! :-O
