(no subject)
Wow..I can't believe it's already that time of year again..that's right, the holidays. I love this time of year, it's getting colder, the first snow, so crisp and beautiful. Tomorrow I have to come back to work after I go to my class to stay for 2 hours to help my manager set up all of our Christmas things. (I work at Starbucks remember) So we are going to start using red cups, and get Christmas blend coffee, and the new mugs and thermuses. It's going to be neat.
Ok, every year since I was 5 (I'm now 19..so you do the math :P) I've designed my family's Christmas card..meaning I draw the design, then give it to my mom, she picks out the paper, scans in my photo, finds aa catchy phrase to stick inside then puts all our names on it, and my dad writes this family newsletter update thingy. Moving on..I have to start figuring out what I want to draw this year..I've done a snowman, an ornament, a reindeer, Christmas tree, my dog in front of the fire, Santa, Elves..I just can't really seem to think of what to do next..I always have this problem..but somehow I manage to produce something I'm happy with. Well my friends..my question to you is..any idas? I like to ask others for ideas, then I put that with my own thoughts into the card ya know..
So..If you would like a card, leave your address and I'd be more than happy to send you one. Yes, I will even write a message inside :P
My little brother asked me what I wanted for Christmas today. So I'm sitting there thinking and just drawing a blank. I mean..I'm pretty happy with what I have, maybe I should think of something I could really use. Not sure.
Ahh..so what's new with me? Just going to work, same 'ol stuff..omg so you know how we only serve our drinks in the paper cups? Well this guy after he orders his tall latte, he asks me "Can I have my coffee in a procelin cup since it's for here?" I just look at him, this expression on my face like 'Are you kidding me?' I shake my head, holding back a laugh. "Sir, we don't do that here." He looked all disappointed and nodded, picking up his coffee then went to sit down and drink it. Geez..
Well, summary..give me any ideas you might have and I will consider them all of course, and leave addy if you want a card. If you want my addy in return just ask ok, a lot of you have my yahoo already..so yeah. :P Thanks guys.
