So. I'm out of shape.

Mentally and physically.

It's time for a plan of action.

Tomorrow morning, I'm going to wake up and test myself on the requirements for the Navy's physical training test, except for swimming. I need to take that test some other time and when I have actual swim trunks. I have no swimming trunks. Sad, no?

The Navy requires you to do the following as fast as you can:
  - 1.5 mile run
  - Pushups (2 minutes)
  - Curl-ups (2 minutes)
  - Pull-ups (no time limit)
  - 500 yard swim

Mentally, I need to start prepping for the ASTB and grab a book from Barnes and Noble or something. Arco and Barron's provide the best preparation, apparently, so I'll go with those.

Wednesdays are supposed to be my slow days, but it's shaping up to be super busy. I need to do my physical training, go to class, buy a silver tie, buy an ASTB review book, and get a haircut for the concert on Friday and Saturday. Phew.
