Mmm-mm Good
I made the bestest muffins ever today: Sweet Potato Cinnamon Muffins, brushed with melted butter and dipped in cinnamon sugar after they came out of the oven. Soooooo good! Like a muffin-coffee cake-doughnut combo. Recipe here. (Note: I substituted pumpkin spice seasoning for the nutmeg and sour cream for the buttermilk.)
