Hot pink (short) anglaise

This summer I had in my mind to recreate a pink gown after seeing 'Marie Antoinette' again. But as it turned out the completely pink gown didn't look good on me. So I decided to change it into a pink and black gown. For the jacket I used the J.P. Ryan pattern for a robe a l'anglaise. I shortened the skirt-part and cut it in a pointed shape. I trimmed it with a boxpleated trim of the same hot pink taffeta with black braid in the middle. Here are some pictures of me wearing it on our holiday when we went to Schloss Nymphenburg.
