Northern California Pirate Festivale
I recently Attended the Norcal Pirate Fest in Vallejo CA: http://www.norcalpiratefestival.com/mainpage.htm The Event is set in the 18th Century, but as with most pirates, pretty much anything goes!

We set the world record for most pirates gathered in one place 2,600 pirates!!!
