tea review- Watson blend

May 10, 2012 13:45

My order from Adagio came last night! But alas, I was off to work when UPS arrived with the package, so I didn't get a chance to try the tea until this morning. I ordered English Breakfast, and the Watson blend, made by Cara on tumblr.

I started with Watson, because I've been hearing so much about it and had to try it for myself!

Review + pics! )

tea time!, adagio, tea reviews, what people brew

I WANT THAT TEAPOT, AGHHH! Did you get a starter set? What teas did you get?? :DD

My new phone takes great photos! And I love using my little blue teapot, it's so cute. :3 DUDE, real tea is the BEST. I think it tastes totally different! That big jar is 2 pounds of honey and I go through it so fast because it's so yummy! And it's cool because each season's honey tastes and looks different because the bees go to different flowers. SO DELICIOUS.

Mmmmm, those are on my list of teas to get samples of! You have to tell me how they are when you try them! :DD I think I'll get the black tea started set, because I already know I love that type of tea but I've only had one of the 4 in the set before. :3

MMM LESTRADE! Is that one of the ones with nutmeg? I can't remember. I really want to try Mycroft because I love sweet teas, but I'm pretty sure he has nutmeg. :((

Yeah, natural honey is so different! Her Fall honey was much thinner consistency, and the Winter honey I have now is thicker. Soon it will be Spring honey, which I can't wait to try! PLUS eating this natural honey builds up your immunity to the flowers that those bees pollinate, so it's good for people like me with allergies. DELICIOUS ALTERNATIVE TO SHOTS, AWWWW YEAH.

Oh, have you ever tried raw sugar? I LOVE IT IN TEA.

YES, THE TOAST IS ALREADY IN MAH BELLY. XDD I'm a big fan of butter+jam on toast, and that's cherry jam which is DELISH. :DD

HAZELNUT, AUGHHHH. AND I'D RATHER NOT TRY IT TO FIND OUT because I get really bad reactions. ;____;

I've never tried infusing tea leaves a second time! But I have a bunch of leftovers still in my teapot that I haven't dumped yet, lol. They're nice and soggy now. XDD

MMM IT IS DELICIOUS. It's a much lighter flavor than regular sugar!
