Anything that might include a Springsteen song is totally SO VERY OKAY WITH ME. ;)

Also: YES HAIR BANDS. Okay, some I'll do without but HAIR BANDS WERE AMAZING and I was born too late in the eighties to fully appreciate that. Too bad.

I was born too late too, but my older brother has EXACTLY Dean's music taste, so I grew up with it. Hair bands are so much fun, I ALWAYS break them out at karaoke. ;D

I'm actually surprised that SPN hasn't used Born to Run, it seems like SUCH A PERFECT DEAN SONG, UGH. XDD My brother-in-law's band does a sweet cover of it, and I dance like a fool each time they do at shows. <333

Well my mom listened to the Beatles and Genesis and Billy Joel, but my older half-brother is STILL stuck in the 80s. Me and my older sister both love hair bands! I've seen Bon Jovi 5 or 6 times in concert, lol. XDD Aerosmith and Cheap Trick are playing here this summer, and I want to go soooooo bad, but tickets are really expensive. :((

Oh me too, I always sing along to the SPN soundtrack. Looooooove.

I have no clue who influenced my tast in music seeing as my older sister and mother like Michael Jackson and co. But at about 11 onwards I somehow got into Nirvana/Metallica/etc and it grew from there. I was born early early 80's so i do remember the hair bands. Big fan of them. I really think i may have stumbled on them flicking through the radio stations.

My kids have the best taste in music. Instead of Wiggles and other pre-teen bands, my kids love the Beatles, Breaking Benjamin, Nirvana, Placebo, Metallica and any other bands i play

I was born in 86, so I was a little late for it, but luckily my family has good taste in music. When my nephew was little he would sing along to Ozzy from his car seat. <3

I listen to really awful music BUT I always love what they play on SPN. So I do love Dean's taste in music, but it's not mine. (I was born a little too late for the stuff Dean listens to, I think.)

augh, I would love if Dean liked early Springsteen. And he totally has just about every rock ballad memorized, but isn't telling anyone.

Well I think Dean totally gets it from John, but he really is stuck in one genre, lol. I always wonder if Sam tries to get him into other music, there are some modern bands that might be up his alley. ;D

Oh yeah, Dean is TOTALLY a rock ballad sucker. And I'm honestly surprised that haven't used Bruce yet on the show, he seems so perfect for Dean! And I'm trying to use songs that aren't in the show, so I may have to throw in some of the Boss. :DD

Haha Sam totally tries to get him into all his music and Dean gets on him for listening to "stupid girly shit" but secretly kind of likes some of it.

I feel like Dean would actually like a lot of music, but only really plays while other people are around/claims to like that one genre.

Hehe I like the idea that he secretly likes other stuff. I think Dean is just that guy that can't be bothered with an ipod or even radio stations because they move around so much, so he just pops in his old cassette tapes because that just what's convenient.
