So the local indie radio station announced the line-up for this year's Tulip Fest today! For those of you not from the area (which is most of you, lol), Tulip Fest is this free outdoor festival in a local park that goes on for a whole weekend. Most of the days are family-friendly events, but there's also a day-long musical festival where you get to drink your booze on the street! :DD And it's free! The last few years have been really good. Last year Ok Go played (in the rain/sleet/hail and it was AWESOME), and the year before that Third Eye Blind played. At first when I heard this year's line-up I was a little disappointed, but then I looked up the opening bands, realized I knew them and liked them after all, and all was well. XDD The headliner is the Cold War Kids. :)

I'm not crazy about their newest single ("Louder Then Ever," in case you're curious), but I like them. I think this is my favorite song by them. ;)
What a cool song! I'm liking it.
That video is awesome! I think I might be most excited for this guy. Last year we got there a little late, and after trying to find parking and then fighting through the crowds we missed most of the opening bands. NOT THIS YEAR. XD
That's all I got. I was going to post about a random dream I had last night, but...it was non-fandomy for once and would need a lot of RL context to make sense, so...maybe later.
Okay, my bagel is finished, my tea is done, time to stop procrastinating and get some work done. XD
