Spells have a way of going awry in the most unexpected ways, so somebody says, except Buffy's not at all surprised when Willow says "Oops!" as the light flashes and the smoke begins to clear; the unexpected comes when she realizes Willow sounds like not!Willow and when Buffy glances down to see herself wearing a fuzzy, puffy red confection of a shirt which cues the hyperventilating because she's clearly not herself either: Buffy wouldn't be caught dead in this outfit (and she's died twice).
