Him: "Hi there do you have any units available for rent?"
Me: "At this time we only have one of our 2 bedroom townhouse units available."
Him: "Oh...do you have any other smaller units?"
Me: "Sorry, we only have our townhouse unit available at the moment."
Him: "Oh ok....do you have any studios available?"
Me: *hangs himself*
