Blast in the past,
I was going through my friend John's techno_kid LJ that he hasn't updated in years when I ran into a post about high school. It was when I went to the Sallies homecoming dance my senior year of 2003. I think I was going with Peter, my boyfriend at the time, and I introduced Skinner to my friend Ashley as his date. Ashley & I knew each other from working together at Genuardi's.
Sallies was the all guys high school down the street from Padua, the all girls high school I attended. I had forgotten about that night and how Sallies lost the game (unfortunately, as usual), that the theme of the dance was a country theme (ehhhh) and that I was yapping my mouth so much that I dropped gum in my long hair! hahahaha Sounds about right:
"Eh, sallies lost the homecoming game. It's cool though. We tried our hardest out there. Afterward was the dance. It was pretty fun. The highlight of the night was when Scotto got some chewing gum stuck in her hair. HAHA. It took me 10 minutes to figure out why Ashley was fiddling in Sara's hair. I dont think they ever got all the gum out. Ah well, and then me and DJ Wolf waited all f*ckin night for a pie eating contest that never happened. And all these people kept walking up to me saying "good game Skinner" and i was like "no" cause we lost. And um...back to the dance. They played all these cool songs. But i didnt dance much, just slow danced. Cause we chilled outside, and talked. And joked around about things i didnt know we were joking around about. And then by the end of the dance, we did our last dances and everything. And then it took us 20 f*cking minutes to get out of the parking lot. And me and ashley and peter and sara and mike and chiya(i think that was her) were "supposed" to meet up at benigans. and me and ashley got there late, and the stupid assed hostess wouldnt let us dine with the others, so we sat by ourselves all the way on the other side of the restaurant. and then i kept asking the waiter "may i have a doggy bag thingy, just in case i dont eat all of my wings?" and then i took ashley home. and then i went home. and that's all. "
Boooo I miss high school =( AND BENIGANS!!!
Can I please go back to being 18? Thanks.
