Yesterday waas the best Saturday we've had for a while.
It was a beautiful day - no jackets required.
We went into Sleaford at 11:45 and stopped off at Weatherspoons for breakfast (and by breakfast I mean that I had a coffee and ollie had a pint of cider).
Then we bought some train tickets to Lincoln and bought some booze for the ride. Hopped on the train at 12:44, and was in Lincoln for 13:27. We pretty much went shopping, exploring and draking all afternoon.
The shopping was fun. We didn't really buy anything much, but we mostly took the piss out of the people around us. Oh well, gotta have a laugh something, right?
Get this, we went into an Australian bar yesterday and I got kicked out because I looked too young and didn't have any ID!!! Can you imagine!! The legal drinking age here is 18 and I'm 24, and I got kicked out of a bar yesterday!!! I guess my anti wrinkle cream really does work!
We went the a really nice brazillian restaurant that served all authentic brazillian food and drinks! They even had Cachaça to make a proper Caipirinha. How I missed Tamara and life in Halifax yesterday!
We then stumbeled down to the next few bars on the way back to the train station and caught the last train home.
Fun times.
Nowmy head hurts and I have to go to Tesco.
