in the event it wasn't completely obvious, i am horribly fanatic about my lipstick perfectly matching the current shade of my hair. therefore i have pretty much every purple lipstick that i ever see anywhere. most are crap. these are the ones i swear by and have been wearing for years and years(i've had purple hair for like 8 years now so i promise they have extensively been tested.)
all liner is probably ben nye's magicolor liner as it has the best color and doesn't bleed.

very pretty iridescent also very moist and a bit slippery so i usually layer it over a base or solid liner so that it isn't transparent in spots
Milani #04 Magenta Madness ($3-4)from Walgreens in ethnic parts of town
creamy and provides the more magenta undertone makes a good base they also make their lip colors in a creme pencil and have matching nail polish.

very thick and a bit dry for my taste almost black in color but makes an excellent base for this look
Tattle Tale Glitterific in purple($10) (i used to use the Cookie Puss glitter but they changed the color a bit and the purple looks very blue.....Ben Nye's liquid glitter will not work for this as it cracks.) this is a weird glitter in suspension stuff that comes in a jar with a brush. after putting black orchid base on i do a layer(sometimes 2) of this and walk around for about 5 minutes with my mouth open while it dries. the downside of this look is that you have to keep checking to make sure there isn't glitter stuck in your teeth all night. you will definitely want to drink out of a straw all night and what ever you do, do not kiss anyone with this on.

Kryolan #L102 ($6-8) from Kryolan
comes in a tube or a pot. just a tad bit metallic, very good consistency, thick and creamy. makes a good base for other colors to layer on
#4 older daily wear color (more blue and matches my wig perfectly)
Manic Panic Ultra Violet ($6-8)
very thick and a bit dry, color is matte also makes a good base
#5 another good day/night color

nice rich color, metallic thick and makes a good base or alone, sometimes dry
#6 older going out color (a bit thin and more than 3X as expensive as my new fav)
Sephora #M12 ($10)from Sephora
metallic and vanilla scented. very thin and slippery. best over base or solid liner
