Okay I'm not being a drama queen.....

.....but I've just spoken to one of my best friends, who is going through a very difficult time at the moment who has informed that she is just back from hospital having taken an overdose of amitryptiline (sp) washed down with a bottle of champagne, then a bottle of red wine.

She's okay and is going to counseling tomorrow, but I do feel a bit shocked to say the least, as she's a lovely person. I also feel unable to do anything for her as she lives right down on the south coast on England. I'm going to phone her again tomorrow to see how her day went.

And I think I've got problems!
