I sat down and watched the Gigantor Video and copied down all the ingrediants. The numbers for the spices are pure guesswork, for what it's worth.

3lbs Ground Beef
1/2lbs Bison
1/2lbs Bacon
3/4 lbs Old Aged Cheese (I figure I can subistute Tilamook or something as I have no idea what old aged cheese means)
1 head of Garlic (I don't care what the video says, I'm dicing that sucker)
1 Onion (Sliced)
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp Chili Flakes
1 tbsp Oregeno
1 tbsp Basil
1 tbsp Rosemary
1 tbsp Thyme
House of Parliment Sauce Bold

Mix Beef and Bison with diced garlic, spices and herbs in a bowl
Divide mixture into patties
Grill meat.
Serve with bacon, sauce, and cheese on toasted buns.

According to my math, there's four pounds of meat (Beef, bacon and the bison) here. If I divide 4 by one-third, I get 12.12 (4/.3.3=12.12). So, 12 1/3lbs burgers (which is about average for anything outside a fast food joint) plus a micro burger for someone's dog or something. I could probably round up 12 people to play guinea pigs Test dummies lab animals taste testers, but I can't host this at my place, its too small. Five people is pushing it.

Defintely a party dish, if I ever get invited to cook at a party, that is.
