I finished reading The Twilight Saga last night. I have to say that it's a decent series and better than I expected. After wading through the teen drama, there is an enjoyable, engrossing, and epic tale. I mean, it's no Vampire Chronicles, but it'll do in a pinch.
I am now, once again, at a loss as to where to look next for my vampire fix. I know that some of you have given me suggestions in the past, but I can't remember anything that was said. Ideally, what I look for in a book is writing that doesn't gloss over realities. What's the point of demure politeness when it comes to writing for an adult audience, especially when it comes to vampires? I'd really appreciate some suggestions. I've been looking up reviews for books on
this list, but the attempt has been tedious.
