Yay!!!
I think I may have found a mortgage company who will finance me with a good interest rate. Even considering my past credit oopsies! I am so excited! Of course I now have to find someone who will buy this house, so I can buy the other one! Maybe now I can afford to pay Sean back, get the car registered and pay the insurance ALL AT THE SAME TIME! It's quite a concept! The Goddess seems to actually be listening to my prayers. I probably should've done it this way to begin with, but those of you who know me well; When have I ever done anything the easy way? It's so much less entertaining that way.
I have been in a really strange mood lately. Sean and I would've been together for 3 years coming up the beginning of October. I think that maybe if I hadn't been trying so hard not to let him know what a fuck up I am then maybe we might have had a chance. I can only hope that maybe I'll get another one.
