Ok, i know that i just got done posting. But i just have a lot to say. I have no idea what to do about my boyfriends mother. And i am starting to get more and more frustrated with the legal system in this state. I mean, it's bull sh it that my boyfriend who  has never done anything wrong is being taken  to court for something that never happened but i know people that actually were guilty of the crimes that they were being accused of and they didn't have jack done to them. I thought that the law says that you are innocent until your proven guilty. Well, with everything that has been going on with us it seems like everyone is acting like my boyfriend is guilty no matter what and he has to try and find a way to prove that he is innocent. Which is just ridiculous, because of the simple fact that he didn't do it and no one except for his family, his lawyer and myself seems to believe him. I always thought that in order for any one to be able to get in trouble, that the prosecutors/police had to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the person is guilty. Of course, it doesn't help my boyfriends case any that he has tourettes and so is more ready to do what others want him to do, to make them happy. But we are planning on having a specialist come in and talk to the courts, and hopefully he will be able to explain to the courts alot of things.. Oh and it doesn't help that it seems like my family doesn't want to help us out at all!
