Today, I did something I don't do often... [SPOILERS FOR THE NEW AVATAR EPS]
I SQUEED!!
Oh my God, Ember Island Players really KILLED me with fun and awesome crack!
Of course, The Southern Raiders was the more awesome episode and enjoyed dark!Katara and her mad bending skillz! *__________*
And AZULA. Oh god, I WANT HER LEZBIAN BABIES. D>
Pff, Zuko has a bad influence on Katara! XDD
I liked it very much how he tried to redeem himself in her eyes and she stayed pissed. And how she forgave him in the end. I mean, now he'll (hopefully) finally quit whining at all ;D
But what did upset me was Zuko being mean to Aang. ;___;
I want him to respect Aang! They should be BFFs...
(In the end, he did, of course... respect him and stuff. But... but... *wants flowers and butterflies*)
On the other side: Zuko-Sokka-interaction. Is. Always. Win.
I never thought I'd adore their talks this much.
They are kinda like the best duo ever. :D
(btw, I laughed at the rushed "Yeah, let's get rid of the unuseful characters"-moment. Although it certainly was necessary. XD)
But in the EIP, there are more little fun things to point out. :P
The only thing that makes me a bit sad is that Aang gets a little bit annoying in those two eps... I don't know why, but the more the plot thickens, the bitchier the characters seem to me. Except Sokka. He's always at his best. :D And Toph and Suki, of course.
Buuut that's complaining on a high level.
I loved this eps.
And I have to share my fav moments of EIP, because I've nobody to squee about it at the moment (stupid holidays) and I'm going to explode if I don't:
- I LOVE LITTLE AANG GIRL. SHE EQUALS ULTIMATE CUTENESS. :)
- HAHA LOL ZUKO LOL. Scar on the wrong side lol. XD
- HAHA LOL JET LOL.
- Katara's reaction to Jet. <3 *JETARA SQUEE* (After the conversation in the last ep, where she was too determined to care... nice they brought it in here!)
- ZUKO REALIZING JET'S DEAD. GOMFGOMF. *Ultimate squeeing moment* It was like my stupidest crack fangirl dream come true! I never thought my Jetko-addiction would be fueled by the show itself again! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
Haha, I know it's stupid. But I'm celebrating Zuko remembering Jet's name, Jet himself and him caring about it at all. That's SOMETHING, RIGHT? .... I'm such a dork.
- TOPH/ZUKO CONVERSATION. *eek (the punch was squeeworthy!)* I've waited for that! And it was SWEET! :D
- ZUTARA IS USED AS PLOT DEVICE. O.O
That is so strange it's kinda... kewl. Who thought Zutara would actually happen in a play and result in Kataang sadness?
It's scary how accurate they showed the relationships... They know quite a bunch of the shippers thoughts. Oo
- All shipping reactions were fun. Loved the Zukaang reaction <3 (*lulz and cuteness = squee*) and the Zutara reaction of Zuko and Katara XDD
And, who would have thought that, Katara can't say yes till the finale...
XD
Oh my, poor Aang. For the sake of tension he just can't get the girl.
Well, first worldsaving, then kissingz. ;)
Also, there has to be some drama.
I guess I'm watching the eps again now... :D
