There's no doubt that Ophelia Cook follows the beat of her own one-woman band--with her on guitar, her fashion sense (if you can call it that) on vocals, and her flippant disregard for serious business on drums.
But don't let her avoidant nature fool you! She's always willing to rescue you when you get into trouble. Wait, did you call Triple A first? No, she can't change a tire. What about a tow truck? She can lend you a fifty--no, her bank account's a little sparse at the moment, how about a ten? No, she can't come pick you up right now. Look, she has a date. Why don't you call her after this all blows over and you can take her out for drinks? (Her treat.)
See? She's totally a friend to the end. She just ends up skipping a bunch of those uncomfortable middle bits first.

Ophelia was created using slider hacks. In order to prevent her facial features from snapping back if you try to edit her in CAS, you'll need a slider hack of your own. Rick and Delphy's CAS slider hack is one, and both Awesomemod and Indie Stone integrated this feature as well.
Installation Instructions:
Take the .sim file and manually put it in your My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\SavedSims folder. If you don't have a SavedSims folder, create one named exactly that.
