Summary: What's Yamada's reaction when he read the letter? What will happen to the both of them when they meet in school?
Yamada took of his spectacles and headed to his bed, stumbling across the boxes on the floor. He buried his face into his pillow and started sobbing, tears soaking the pillowcase. He cried himself to sleep that night, unable to believe what he just read.
Across his bed, the light from his table lamp shone and reflected off the letter that Ryutaro wrote.
Yamada sempai,
its really weird for me to be a writing a letter to my sempai at this age nehh? But nevertheless, i really want to put my thoughts into words for you.
Entering Hirokoshi has been my dream ever since elementary school days. I found the sempais there so cool. The day i entered Hirokoshi, i knew my life changed. Chinen was the first sempai that approached me, although i met the both of you on the train before. Truth be told, i didn't really like you when i first saw you. You were so cynical and negative about everything and i was like "Aren't HIrokoshi sempais suppose to be cool and nice?" But slowly, i got to know you better didn't I?
I was shocked, when you rested your head on my shoulder and cried your heart out. I wasn't expected you, that sempai that snapped at me, to appear so fragile and weak infront of me. But i wanted to protect you, the way i should as an older brother, although you're older. (but hey! im taller*laughs*)
Its only a few months nehh, but then one day you asked me if we could be friends. I was elated, and my image of you have changed throughout the months. You were not that cynical sempai that i first saw, nor the one who will snap at me during dance practices. Instead, you have became Yamada Ryosuke, the friend that i want to protect with all i can. Are you hiding something from me? Did something happen? You didn't turn up for school, and Chinen sempai refused to say anything. Well, friends aren't suppose to hide anything from each other right? *laughs*
Actually…when you didn't turn up for school these few days, i was…worried. The first day you didn't come to school, i thought that the worry was just a part of being your friend. But the next day, and the day after, my heart was yearning so much to see you. Yamada Sempai, no, i should say Yamada. And you were right, i did have feelings for Chinen before. I thought that was the worse day of my life when i went home and kept convincing that i shouldn't fall for a guy. But i did anyways. But things changed when i saw you crying in the studio that day. The first thing i wanted to do was just run over and hug you. (And i really didn't read what was written on the back of the photograph. i swear to whoever is up there…) I once like Chinen, i was attracted to his dance move, to his every movement but…its you, Yamada Ryosuke, that takes the place in my heart, the one that keeps my heart beating everyday. I felt as thought i couldn't breath for those few days that you weren't in school, your absence was killer.
Stop crying Yamada, you shouldn't. Those tears are not meant to fall down your beautiful face. Let me cry those tears in place of you. Let me, Morimoto Ryutaro, be the one for you whenever you need a shoulder, Let me be the one who will be there for you when everyone decides to turn their back against you. Let me hold your hands.
Smile more. Because even just a slight smile from you can make my heart race. It makes me lost in thoughts, put my mind into a frenzy and at that moment it just makes me forget what i should do.
I love you Yamada Ryosuke. You may not be the only one i see but you're the only one that i'll place in my heart, ahead of everyone else.

Ryutaro dragged himself out of his bed the next morning. He had a bad dream, dreaming that Yamada threw the letter back at him and screaming a string of words into his face. He recalled Yamada shouting across the hallway to him, "Daiki's the only one that can give me happiness", putting emphasis on Daiki's name.
Ryutaro pinched the bridge of his nose and walked towards the toilet, preparing himself for his day in school.
"Ohayo nii-chan..WOW those are really bad panda eyes!" Shintaro exclaimed when he saw Ryutaro coming down from the stairs.
"Shuddap Shin!" Ryutaro snapped as he accidentally tripped over the last step of the stairs.
"Dreaming about Yamada?" Shintaro giggled as he spread the peanut butter across his bread.
Ryutaro glared at Shintaro across the table and placed his bag down.
Ryutaro tried his best to stay awake in class, to no avail. And thanks to falling asleep in class, he was sent to the disciplinary office. He shuffled across the halfway and knocked on the door of the office.
"Come in.."
Ryutaro pushed open the door and entered the office, only to see Yamada sitting across the discipline master's table.
"And you are?"
"Morimoto Ryutaro, class 1B, sensei sent me here for sleeping in class…" Ryutaro mumbled.
The discipline master nodded his head and pointed to the nearby sofa, signaling Ryutaro to take a seat first. Ryutaro sat down and stared at Yamada.
"So Yamada-kun, like i've said before, you kaa-san had already called to do all the arrangements. I just need you to sign here to confirm that everything is in order." The discipline master pushed a piece of paper across the table. Yamada took out his pen, read through the paper and signed it.
"Arigato Sensei." Yamada pushed the paper back and stood up, bowing to the discipline master before walking out of the room without a backwards glance to Ryutaro.
Ryutaro stared as the door closed before Yamada.
"So Morimoto Ryutaro…" Ryutaro jerked his head back to the discipline master when he heard his name, preparing himself for the coming lecture.
Fortunately for him, the discipline master just gave him a warning and told him not to sleep in class again. Probably had to thanks his own brain for scoring the top results in his class.
It was already lunch time when Ryutaro finished the 'lecture' with the discipline master. Ryutaro swear he'll never sleep in class again. He spent an hour inside the office, listening to the discipline master go on and on about the importance of listening in class and waiting for him to shuffle through his results slips. Lastly he still had to sign a piece of agreement, stating that he will listening in class.
Ryutaro dragged himself to the canteen and bought his lunch, settling down on the usual lunch table. Chinen nor Yamada were in sight so he started eating on his own. Towards the end of lunch, the both of them were still not in sight. Ryutaro gave a sigh and returned his tray, returning to class for the final lesson of the day.
Ryutaro managed to catch a glimpse of Yamada and Chinen as he left the school for home. The both of them were getting up the bus when Ryutaro walked out of the gate. Watching the bus pull away from the bus stop, Ryutaro's heart gave a small flutter. Oh how he misses Yamada….
A/N: OKAY the letter is out. Nahh, its not as good as you guys expected ><
I don't know why im updating so fast!!! *i know its good* But when i woke up i just got started on this already. HAHA. damn my exam is like NEXT WEEK. better go and mug now.
