Physiotherapist ro psychiatrist

Jan 23, 2007 16:35

Well I went to the medical centre to see the physiotherapist as an out-patient for a check-up. Nice and simple. My shoulders are doing well apparently.

I was shaking vigorously though and she decided I should see the GP. I saw the GP who tested me physically (the tremor was decreased by this point) and decided she needed to get me seen by the psychiatrist.

This afternoon I saw the SHO in an emergency slot; but she thought she wax seeing me because of the rash - but she persevered and we decided it was probably due to withdrawing from propranolol not the going onto lamotrigine.

The she asked if I was OK to go back onto propranolol; I agreed (despite it causing the hypotension and fainting) at 10mg PRN (up to 4 per day).

So I went in to have my shoulder checked and finished with a return to an old tablet.

So not a great day.

psychiatrist, propranolol, bipolar affective disorder, lamotrigine, physiotherapist
