Improvements ?

I think I'm improving wrt the immediate situation. I've only been extremely depressed and anxious during today. No psychotic episodes or noticeable mania.

I went to the hospital this morning and all the provisional results were negative; I'll have to wait another week and a half for the final results; so that's half my annual check-up done. Seperate to this i had blood taken for my LFT, U+E and clotting taken yesterday, which leaves 7 more blood tests to do. They are spreading them out as i got faint after two viles of blood being taken.

I seem to be coming out in painful angry purple spotlets again, so either need to go onto an antibiotic again or more likely a higher dosage of antihistamine, as it looks like a lamotrigine side-effect - I might ask Dr Martin about it on Thursday.

I finally restarted my efforts in completing my S293 assessment - for the first three questions i managed 0 words. The next question was numerical analysis and skill testing. I managed to make three cardinal errors:

- mis-remembering the formula relating sphere volume to radius
- using the measured diameters as radius values
- mis-remembering that a litre is 1 dm3 NOT 1 m3!!!

Eventually I realised these errors and now think i have sensible figures in the nanolitre range; first time round I was in the microlitre range then the picolitre range, but we had been told that the answer was in the nanolitre range so hopefully I got it right in the end. I could do with 100% marks on that question to give me 25% of the marks available for the assessment. I need 40% to pass; and ideally at least 70%.

Tomorrow I'll have a go at the last set of questions and come back to the ones i couldn't do on Thursday and Friday - I want it finished and in the post on Monday; assuming the printer is working.
