Nice! I agree the wall colors are a bit awkward and I think I'd miss windows but I think it has potential to be really cozy and cool.

Also I might be coming to Chicago the first weekend of August, so I'll have to inspect the place in person before giving a final verdict. :D

that place is huge. The teeny apartment I rent is $1500 only because the residents have lived here for so long, the same apartment is $2000 across the street.
