Well the listing agent called and asked us to fax her some more infoe and a copy of the check we would turn in for earnest money so that's a good thing ..buttttt i'll be damned if there isn't a nother offer on the table..of course there is it's a cutre house but i just can't win. oh well we put our offer in yesterday and didn't put an expire on it pending response so they have to addresss our offer first and it won't go into multiples unless they turn us down and we try again. oh well maybe one day i'll have my own home. i'm a gonna go take a nap before the munchichies wake up...lord i wish the older two would still take naps..at least they don't tear up the house anymore when i do..they just watch tv and lay on the floor..lol
