awesome weekend!!
So let's recap (this might be long, but bear with me!)
THURSDAY: I still didnt have to work (I almost never do its so sad) and I got really bored.So I was online and I was talking to Anthony aka Etnies, and hes like Wanna do something? I'm like sure I'll be right over. So I drove my bumbox over to beverly (what else is new?) and hung out with him at his house for a bit - he helped me fix my profile on myspace, and then Zack called me saying he didnt know how to get to the Tsongas Arena (he was going to the Nelly concert with Fat Joe and T.I. with his ex gf...I wasnt too pleased about that grrrr) so hes like i need directions, can you get them offline for me? so i do and then he drives over and gets them, so he and anthony talk about the car and zack's like, its gettin sold so if you want it, you can have it once its all fixed up. So thats what anthony's gonna do. So he picked up the directions and then left, and i thought he had gone to get Cate or whatnot...but nope he went back home for a bit. Then I got hungry. so out we went to eat and on the way, we saw Jeff and Naeem driving along Elliott Street - so what do I do? pick up my phone and call him, saying JEFF I SAW YOU!! STOP AND SAY HI!! (or somethin like that)...then zack calls me again and hes like come over and say hi, so we drive over there (im an ass for letting anthony drive just kidding!!) and i kiss zack goodbye and then he leaves to go with Cate to go to the concert. So then anthony and i leave and head back to his house for a little while longer. Then Jeff calls me and hes like whats up? im like i saw you drivin with naeem, you cant miss that kid, hes so black. haha so then hes like i didnt know if you wanted to do anything and im like well DUH of course I do, so I told anthony i hadnt seen this kid in like a million years and so i wanted to chill with him for a bit. So I left anthonys and went over to Salem to get jeff and Naeem and then we went and picked up Carone (hes chill) and we drove around and drove into BOSTON (no farther I swear to God) and then came back cause jeff had to be in by 10 cause he was goin to his dad's the next morning (wonder if hes still there) and then i went back to anthonys and we left to go hang out with Brian and we woke Brian up!!! it was so funny!!! so then Harold called me and Brian bitched him out (that kid annoys me to the fullest extent [Harold])...so then Anthony and i almost passed out on bri's bed and then we left so i could bring him home...and then I came home and passed out - and then Zack called me when he got to Gloucester (cates house grrrrrrrrr)...then i passed out again.
FRIDAY: So this morning, I woke up to the sound of my damn phone ringing (of course it was zack), and rolled over and i was like ughhhhhh let me go back to sleep...the voice on the other line says, get up and hurry over here (zack had brought cate to boston to the train - she was goin to delaware) he was coming home from boston and wanted to get me up cause i told him to. He was sposed to originally bring her car back to gloucester but of course he didnt. So I ended up staying at his house ALLLLLLLLLL day - like 8 am till 4:30...you might think things happened, they did...but thats another story entirely..so anyways, i left at 4:30 to run home and get ready for work, which i completed a shower, getting dressed and putting contacts in within 15 minutes (thank you, i AM a genius!!) and then left for work - which i was almost late for (but still made it on time)...then i was there till 10:15 ughhh and came home and passsssed the fuck out...
SATURDAY: I woke up early (7:30) but I was sposed to get up at like 6 so i could go to NEW HAMPSHIRE!!! ooh so excited!! so anyways I drove to salisbury to get gas and some munchies for the ride up, and tried to call Cindy, but i couldnt get an answer from her any of the times i called (three times)...so yeah i finally called once more as the deciding factor of whether i was going to the Weathersons or going back home...and she answered!! so i followed the directions and got there and who comes to the door but Benny!!! (not my Benny but cindy's husband, aka Paul [nicknamed Benny dont ask why]). so he gives me a grand tour of the HUMONGOUS house - like its HUGE and ridiculously clean...I told him, I think it should be broadcast on MTV Cribs its so gorgeous and clean! haha its a fuckin mansion seriously. go check out my webshots page to see the pictures of the house and the retreat...theyre amazing! but anyways, the day was so busy i passed out for like 5 minutes during a speech by Adam's dad...i felt so horrible, but yeah..oh well I cant do everything and I had driven up two hours and hadnt gotten much sleep the night before..so there! haha. The day was so much fun, lots and LOTS of delicious food made by the hostess Jean, and then we got a special treat: a couple from South Africa arrived!! Jeff and Marlene Van Wyk (fon-VYKE) came in and told us about their ministries called Joy Ministries, in Kensington, SA. It was really good to hear someone talking about how much they care about God and about children. Honestly, that's my dream - to do volunteer work in SA with kids. I wanted to do it for an internship, but that would have been impossible, seeing as id have to find some way to raise over another 5 G's to get there and then more to be able to do the program...yeah not happening, at least not for another 20 years (I hope!). But they taught us this new dance called the "Mandiba shuffle" - otherwise known as the Mandela dance, made famous by Nelson Mandela cause hes old and cant dance so he shuffles his feet, its cute! I'll have to show y'all sometime. but yeah, after we met them and spent time with them, I drove Chris back to his dorm and actually stayed there overnight (NOTHING HAPPENED I SWEAR ON MY LIFE!) we rented the Order and the Exorcist (ironic, Chris you know what I mean by this), and watched half of the Order before I started to complain that my eyes were pissing me off and I wanted to go to sleep...sleep that would later be interrupted by Chris' snoring and a fucking phone call from Zackary (but its ok) at 2:30 in the morning...after that I was out for the count..
SUNDAY: So I woke up and was half asleep and I turn on the phone again...not ten minutes later does it ring again!!!! at this point im ready to murder the damn thing...but it was cindy to find out if we were coming to meet everyone at Rooke to go to Church...which we did and it was SOOOOOO much fun! lots of singing and dancing and praising it was so great and refreshing...not to mention extremely hot!!! After all the dancing and singing and listening to Jeff and Marlene talk (which by the way was awesome!) Chris and I went back out to the car and the temp gauge registered 88 degrees!!! it was ridiculous. so we drove back to New London and decided to go out to eat at the North End Pub...i didnt drink i promise. Then I let Chris drive back to school and we watched the exorcist (yes VERY ironic Chris) and then i had to get going home, cause someone at home missed me and wanted to see me!! so i left and returned the movies on my way and got gas too...then I drove the two hours home and jumped in the shower and headed over to see Zackary..we hung out (cant remember what we did but i know i left late) and then I came home and passed out again...
So that was my weekend - and it took me till today to finish it. Wait till my birthday weekend - expect a LOT.
