In photoshop if you increase the spacing of a (hard)brush to 70%, hardness to 100%, set the brush opacity to 50%, uncheck the shape dynamics, check other dynamics and set everything to pen pressure ... it creates a nice effect = w = <3
I used it on the poppies~
Though the spacing should be in proportion to the brush size... I think. I used +/-40px
