wow i miss a lot when i dont get internet
I dont understand why I have to have this battle everywhere I go! Jesus Christ its not like internet should be hard to come by...we live in a city! Anyway, what to say what to say...
Im surrounded by complete morons. Like you dont even realize how little these people know, they think theyre getting an education. The other day in my history of irish famine class the asshole kid gets asked what a barrister is, and he goes 'Um...a knight?' Maybe its because I hate him that it bothered me so much, but on the other hand Ive pretty much just begun to pity these people. Once again I find myself surrounded by people who have not suffered or worked a day in their lives, and theyre absolutely miserable. The texan kid drinks at least a bottle of Jameson whiskey per day, he starts every morning...I know good thing I didnt keep dating him right? People dream of being rich and famous, but what they dont realize is that its a life thats completely meaningless...these people have earned nothing and so they take drugs and drink and spend rediculous amounts of money because thats all they are: wasteful. In any case I find myself very close back to square one...I suppose I should have expected this coming to Ireland where everyone drinks all the time blah blah blah but what can I say...I expected a little more. I'm actually getting into fights with people now...its really wierd. Then again I live with all asshole republican dickheads...these days I just cant seem to keep my opinions to myself.
It's definately not bad at all though. Despite the people I live with I love this country and I love the Irish people. They arrange trips to the theater pretty often and we get to travel around for pretty cheap. Soon I intend to have a spontaneous adventure where I go to the train station, pick a name and just go...probably west. Ive still got my one UNH friend and thank God for him...he suggested we move to Newmarket cause thats where its at. I guess we'll see. I look forward to going home, but Im definately glad that I still have plenty of time to enjoy the country here. I cant believe it'll be a month since I arrived tomorrow. Nuts.
