Today is my last day working at CCA...
Tomorrow I start my new job at the Grand Cafe... I'm a little scared... well more like terrifed.
So this was my last week of sleep until I graduate in May.
I'm pretty excited, just totally unsure.
The last two days we have had a sub in class... now we have all come to a concensus that we want to keep him. Stupid AM class gets him everyday. Damn them. Chef Doug is great and all, but man chef Thanh is not only easy on the eyes but also super informative and interactive. Plus it was really nice to have someone expect us to work hard and do well... I think that was what I liked about breads class too... it is nice to have a chef that actually has high expectations.
Hummmm... that is my rant.
